Creating a Classroom-Phase 1

The day has finally come! I'm getting my own REAL classroom! Joe talked Mike into finishing the project we started last summer & they started on the completion process today....now I can say, it's really happening-no more dreaming-it's becoming a reality!
While Mike worked on pulling down the garage door, the kids took it upon themselves to cross the alley and help Dr. Horsley with his spring planting....I'm sure he appreciated the "help" :)
Then Joe arrived and the demolition began! Goodbye garage-HELLO new Classroom (well, not yet exactly, but having 4 walls is a pretty awesome start! The kids were a little freaked out about the enormous door coming off it's hinges-so they steered clear by hanging over by the Horsleys garage.
Hopefully this project won't last into spring like all our others have, and perhaps we'll get more than 90% completion on this one too! :) Here's hopin'...
In the midst of it all-the kids harvested their pumpkins too....they couldn't be more excited to see 20 pumpkins all for them! Personally, I can't wait to decorate with the white ones!
