Welcome to WHOVILLE!

Props for the show...

The buffet table...

Courtney made this yummy Christmas punch (a Paula Deen recipe)
we called it GREEN GRINCH JUICE ;)

SOOOOO ready for the show to start! One excited little chickadee! This was the first time she's had her Grandparents here to watch her performance!

a little pep talk before the show-always a must with 3 & 4 year olds. Shooed all the audience out into the hallway & we had a little "us" time :)

a quick run through of the set, props & costumes-all of it was new to the kids tonight! they were awestruck & needed to be able to soak it all in before the show started.

families came back in-kids waved hi to their Momma's and let the show BEGIN!

Little Emee Lou Who

"The bells rang-it was a quarter past dawn...." (That's Bryce "ding donning" his head! ;)

"They'd stand Hand in Hand, and those WHOS would start SINGING!"

Ummmmm-there really aren't words for this....typical-my 2 are the ONLY ones not doing what they are supposed to-or even anything APPROPRIATE! Really-picking at your crotch and pulling glitter off your hat???? Really right now? UGH!

EmmaLee singing "Where are you Christmas"

Hey Bryce! Notice that EVERYONE is standing....what should YOU be doing???? There is a headboard behind him so I guess he figured he'd just relax "in bed"??? Good grief!

Pullin a face (one of many throughout the performance-though it actually seemed to be the SAME reoccurring face of obvious pure bliss)

Hey-how bout a snack? That seems appropriate 1.5 feet away from the audience! Not a problem-go right ahead...

There's that face again-I'm not sure if I should laugh or cry. Whatever. I guess you can't win em all. He's NOT a fan of the spotlight. OBVIOUSLY

Except he LOVED his job as a bell ringer-the kids played tonal bells together as a team and the song came out "Jingle Bells"-they were so proud of themselves!

"We WISH you a merry christmas..."

Grandma helps B open his Grinch Nose snack

He decided it would be fun to be the Grinch for 2 seconds-so he put on Ayden's costume for a quick photo :) At least SOMETHING put a real smile on this mug ;)

And then-the food for the feast before the kids went absolutely BUZZURK! Pure madness ensued and I was glad I have a 2 week break ahead of me :) Another year down in the books. Whew!
