Martone Kid Specialty: Homemade Spaghetti!

One of the kids FAVORITE meals is homemade spaghetti. It is surprisingly easy to make and tastes WAAAAAAYYYY better than packaged pasta. Honest to goodness-I take out all the ingredients (as well as crack the eggs into bowls) and the kids literally make the ENTIRE meal on their own. If thats not simple, I don't know what is!?
We bought the pasta roller at a kitchen store in the mall many years back. Quite possibly the best $20 ever spent.

Martone Kids Favorite Pasta
2 1/2 cups flour
1 pinch salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 TBSP butter
Throw it all in the food processor with dough blade attachment. Let it run until mixture forms a ball. Give the dough a quick roll in flour & run it thru the pasta roller to desired thickness. Boil noodles in large pot of salted water to al dente.
Bon Apetite!
(The crappy picts are because I was too lazy to use anything but my phone-live & learn)

 Roll-Roll-Roll...then separate the fresh noodles...
Brother gets a turn with his dough ball...
He hates the child labor as you can see....

Ready for the spaghetti run thru!

Into the boiling salt water it goes!

Grating some fresh parmesan...

Done cooking-a quick cold rinse....
It's READY to DEVOUR!

Chicadee sets the table....
and thats dinner in a nutshell!
