Random Thanksgiving Festivities 2013

Thanksgiving at school...

 

 

Mike & I went and had turkey lunch with the kidlets that day...

At home-the building of the Mayflower....

 

Being Pilgrims:

 Churning up some sweetened whip cream for the pumpkin pie....

 

Grinding Cocoa

and grating cinnamon...

 

At Grandma's-making waffles & juice...

 

They earned some new lego sets (thank you Black Friday sales)...

 

Being elves at Santa's Workshop at Home Depot

And a fun adventure day with Grandma....playing at the mall, lunch at McDonalds & a BUG MUSEUM! Fun stuff. They LOVED it!

Funny little Dude

He's really been into the hair gel thing lately. I think it's because so many of the other boys in his class have spikey hair & it must be the "cool thing" to do :)

Caught him in the bathroom the other day trying it himself....

 

not too shabby! ha ha

He's such a cute little thing regardless of his hair style-can't help but smooch that face!

Journey to Bethlehem 2013

This past Friday we hoped in the car right after school with our friends the Webers & headed to Auburn. Stopped for a little dinner in Covington & picked up my SUPER cute cousin Natalie to come on an adventure with us. She & Emma haven't seen each other for a couple of years, so this was so fun for them! Natty is an absolute sweetheart. We are already scheduling playdates over the mountains. Luckily her grandparents live in Moses Lake. :)

 

This was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! We will hit this up every year from now on....the best kick off to the holiday season EVER.
